At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Seattle warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
